01. Overview
Vally LLC is responsible for the personal information handled through this website and our direct communications. For privacy questions, contact contactus@vallyllc.com.
Our web and mobile applications are currently planned; no Vally LLC apps are live as of the date above. The app privacy section explains how notices for future products will be provided.
02. Information we receive
Information you choose to send
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if included, the content of your message, and any attachments you choose to share. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
Technical information from website visits
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser or device information, the requested page, request time, and error or security logs. Hosting records are separate from advertising or visitor analytics.
This website does not offer accounts, accept payments, or include a contact form. Contact links open your own email application; no message is submitted through the website.
03. How we use information
We use information for the following purposes:
- Responding to inquiries and discussing potential projects.
- Managing our correspondence and providing requested assistance.
- Operating the website, diagnosing problems, and protecting it from misuse.
- Meeting applicable legal obligations and handling disputes, where necessary.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, these activities may rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in communicating and operating a secure website, a legal obligation, or your consent where required.
06. Web, iOS & Android apps
Current status: Our apps are in the planning stage. There are no live Vally LLC web, iOS, or Android apps collecting user information at this time.
Before an application launches, we will publish privacy information that names the application and describes its actual data practices. That notice will be accessible from the application and, where relevant, its App Store or Google Play listing.
Each application’s notice will explain the information it handles, its purposes, third-party services, device permissions, retention practices, and available deletion or account controls. We will update this page or link the relevant product notice here before launch.
This website policy does not imply that future apps will have identical data practices. Please consult the notice for the specific application when it becomes available.
07. Retention & security
We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, manage the resulting business relationship, and meet relevant legal or recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and context of the information rather than a single fixed period. Hosting log retention is governed by the hosting service and its configuration.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information has been handled improperly.
08. Your choices & requests
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
To ask a question or make a request, email contactus@vallyllc.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Explain your request and, if relevant, identify the correspondence involved. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law; some information may need to be retained for legal reasons.
There are currently no app accounts to delete. When apps that support accounts become available, their notices will explain the applicable account and data deletion methods.
09. Children’s privacy
This business website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and appropriately delete it.
Any future application intended for children will need a notice and safeguards appropriate to its audience before launch.
10. Changes & contact
We may update this policy when our services or information practices change. The latest version will be available on this page with an updated effective date. We will provide additional notice where required.
